Thijs op de Weegh
Thijs is a creative mind with a master’s degree in the medical biology with a focus on stem cell research. He loves to think outside the box both on business as well as on a scientific level. In the past Thijs contributed to business plans for a food innovation centre (Upper Bright Side B.V.) and a biotechnology science park (Science Port Holland). He is a World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) trained expert on intellectual property management within the biomedical field. This intertwines both the scientific and business aspects of innovation in the life science sector. In his spare time he loves to play soccer, squash and tennis, and can’t stand to lose.
